What’s included in my display?

Wonderland supplies and owns the commercial-grade lights, clips, cords, and timers. Your display includes design, professional installation, in-season care, January takedown, and storage.

What happens if a light goes out?

Contact the team. In-season repairs are included, with a 48-hour response target subject to weather and safe access.

Do I need to be home for installation?

Contact Wonderland to confirm access and timing for your property. Your design and final price are agreed before installation.

How is my final price confirmed?

Choose your approximate indoor square footage, lighting style, and any extras. The final price depends on roofline length, height, access, and your choices. A quote request does not reserve an installation date.

When do the lights come down?

Wonderland schedules January takedown, labels the lights, and stores them until next season.
